TECHNICAL FEATURES OF FLY WHEELS
Fly Wheel: A fly wheel is heavy metal wheel attached to a drive shaft, having most of its weight concentrated at the circumference. Main function of flywheel is to reduce speed fluctuation by storing extra energy during part load as kinetic energy & same is released during overloading. By slowly increasing the speed of a flywheel a small motor can store up energy which enables the motor to perform a function for which it is ordinarily too small

TECHNICAL FEATURES OF REDUCTION GEAR BOX
Reduction Gear Box: A reduction gear box is used to reduce an input speed to a slower output speed and more output torque. It is a wheel work consisting of a connected set of rotating gears by which power is transmitted or motion or torque is changed. We manufacture and supply single stage, double stage or multistage gear boxes having Single & Multiple outputs as required.
 
From Low Speed to High Speed, Technicalities of our Reduction Gear Boxes are:-
  • Casing / Housing / Structure Material Steel Fabricated as required.
  • Gear Material: Forged EN-19 and EN-24.
  • Gear Type: Spur, Single & Double Helical Gears up to 2500 Dia.
  • Normal input load ranges from 200 H.P. up to 2000 H.P. Drives.
  • Maximum peak load 6000 H.P.
  • Size ranges from 150mm PCD up to 750mm PCD.
  • 50 RPM to 1500 RPM.
  • All shafts material forged class-IV.
  • Anchor / Foundation bolt EN-8.

  • Gear boxes are designed as per International Standards.
  • Heavy duty & sturdy design of gear box & gear which is suitable to bear overloads.
  • Complete structure of gear box is welded, the welding rod are tested and having ISO standards.

TECHNICAL FEATURES OF PINION GEAR BOX
Pinion Gear Box: A pinion gear box is used to drive Mill, It will have one input shaft but output shaft can be double, triple or multiple as required. The RPM of the pinion gear box is same while input & output. It is a wheel work consisting of a connected set of rotating gears by which power, motion or torque is transmitted. We manufacture and supply double, triple or multiple output shafts as required.

We manufacture and supply single stage, double stage or multistage gear boxes having Single & Multiple outputs as required. A Pinion cum Speed Increaser saves power and gives more production.
